Segments are a filter option in our newsletter tool. They allow you to target messages to specific target groups. In Segments - Overview and Function we give an overview of this.
This article explains how to export segments:
To export recipients from a segment, open one of your recipient lists and click the Segments tab.
Next to the segment whose recipients you want to export, click the three menu points on the right. Select Show recipients.
Click the three menu points next to the Add Data button and select Export the latest results list here.
Select the desired character set and in which format you need the file. Finally, click Download. You have now exported your segment.
