Integration and use of preference center

Profile management, also known as the preference center, enables your recipients to manage their preferences and interests with regard to the newsletters they receive.

This means that your newsletters can be better tailored to the individual needs of the recipients, as they can make their own settings.

How to integrate your preference center form into your mailing:

  1. Log in to your CleverReach account and click on Emails in the menu on the left to select a mailing in which you would like to link the preference center form.

  2. In our Newsletter Editor, you will find the preference center element on the left under the standard elements tab. Drag and drop it to the desired position in your mailing.

  3. Select the form you have previously created for preference center on the left under Form.
    You have the option of formulating the text displayed in the mailing yourself or using one of our templates (German + English).

  4. Click Continue in the top right-hand corner to save and send your mailing.
