Have you tried to select two (or more) segments of a recipient list when creating your email and realized that there are limits?
In principle, it is not possible to send an e-mail to several segments at the same time, as conditions in different segments can cancel each other out. The resulting logic errors can prevent an e-mail from being sent.
Use these two solutions to filter recipient lists anyway:
Write to recipients from both segments individually
One solution would be to first send your email to segment A and then send the same email to segment B. This way, the rules in the segments cannot contradict each other.
Check beforehand whether there are recipients in both segment A and segment B so that they are not contacted twice.
Combine conditions into one segment

Log in with your CleverReach account and open the recipients area in the menu on the left.

Click on one of your recipient lists and select the Segments tab.
- Click on the slider next to Expert mode on the right.
- Click on Add another condition to transfer conditions from another segment to this one. You can choose between and and or.
