After the form has been submitted you will have the option to filter this information by using segments. Go to the respective group and create a segment with the desired criteria. The following example will filter all recipients that have chosen “dog”.

Conditions can be freely defined. For example, you can also filter for all recipients who have saved "dog" and "cat" as a selection.
It is also possible to insert selection lists or radio buttons in the form so that the recipient can only make one selection.
