FAQ: Does my booking with CleverReach have a minimum term?

It depends on the price plan. CleverReach offers three different plans, each with different terms. So you decide for yourself, whether you want maximum flexibility or a price advantage with the annual booking would like to use:

 plan type  Minimum term  Cancellation
 Prepaid plan  None  No need to cancel, no fixed term - Credit simply runs out
 Monthly plan  1 month  Can be canceled at any time - tariff runs until exactly one month after booking (see example)
 Annual plan  12 months  Can be canceled at any time - tariff remains valid until the end of term (12 months after booking).

Example: You book a monthly rate on 03.03. If you cancel it on 11.03., it still runs expires automatically on 03.04. (one month after booking) and will not be charged again thereafter.

Further information

  • You can change your plan at any time in the customer account under My account → Plans & Pricing customize or cancel.

  • After a termination, your CleverReach account remains - You can book a new plan at any time later.

  • Outstanding invoices or ongoing campaigns remain unaffected by a termination remain unaffected.
