Change plan

Your CleverReach plan no longer meets your requirements? No problem! We'll explain step by step how you can change your plan.

Proceed as follows to switch:

  1. Log in to your CleverReach account and click on the profile icon at the top right.

  2. You can click here under the account information directly on Plans and Pricing 
    Alternatively, you can also click on the tab Plans and Pricing tab in your account settings.
  3. Under Your current plan you can see which plan you are currently have booked. Click on Compare functions to compare the range of functions of the Lite, Basic and Pro at a glance.

  4. If you like one of the plans, you can add it to your shopping cart in the plan overview.

  5. The selected plan is now in the shopping cart at the top right. Click on Add to cart to complete the change of your plan.

  6. In the next step you will see the shopping cart overview. Here you will see a summary of the plan selection and have further bookable options below (e.g. premium support, design and spam tests or the accessibility test).
  7. Click on Go to cart to proceed to the checkout and complete the plan booking. You can track the plan change in the overview under your current plan (step 2 and step 3).
