If your billing address has changed and you need to correct an invoice that has already been issued, we'll be happy to help.
So that we can make the change, please first update the information in your account and then send us a quick message.

Update billing address in your account
Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner and select:
My Account → Plans & Billing → Billing Address.
Enter the new information there and save the changes. -
Check Admin Permissions
For security reasons, billing changes may only be requested from the registered administrator email address. If you’re unsure which address that is, you can find it at:
Profile icon → My Account → Settings → My Information. -
Contact Support
Now send us a brief request via our support form (or via email from your admin address). Please let us know for which invoice number the correction should be issued.
Note: As soon as the address in your profile is updated and we receive your request, our team will create the invoice correction for you and send you the corrected document . Future invoices will automatically be issued directly to the new address .
