Reports from THEA Automations

Reports provide precise data on the performance of individual emails.

They show how often an email was opened, clicked on or converted. If an email is used in several campaigns, the report summarizes the results of all campaigns.

To evaluate the success of each campaign individually, we recommend creating a separate email for each campaign - even if it is based on the same template.

Example: A welcome email is used for both new and returning customers. By creating two separate emails (despite almost identical content), you can specifically analyze the effectiveness of the campaign for both customer groups.
