The single-track automation workflow

The simple automation chain is for simple automatic processes. Automation is triggered after registration, purchase of a product, at certain times in the calendar or after TAG assignment. One or more emails are sent. Choose between these options:

Registration (Welcome Campaign)

when a recipient registers in a recipient list using a form:

  1. Click on Edit, to Recipient list and Form to specify.

  2. Click on Change time to specify after how much waiting time the email should be sent. You can choose between hours and days.

  3. Click on Select a prepared email or Create a new email, to specify which email should be sent. If you want to send more emails one after the other, click Add email.

  4. Click on the slider at the top right so that it changes from inactive to active and your automation is activated.

Calendar

→ if the email campaign is to be sent on a date specified by you:

  1. Click Edit, to specify when the automation should start. You can start the automation daily, in a specific c calendar week, monthly, on a specific day of the week or on specific dates. 

  2. Click on the cogwheel icon to select the recipient list to which the mailing should be sent.

  3. Click on Select a prepared email or Create a new email, to specify which email should be sent. If you want to send more emails one after the other, click Add email.

  4. Click on the slider at the top right so that it changes from inactive to active and your automation is activated.

Purchase of a product

→ When your customer buys something or a specific product:

  1. Click on Edit to specify to which recipient list and for which purchases the following emails should be sent.
    The automation can respond to all purchases or to purchases where the product description contains certain terms from you.

  2. Click on Select a prepared email or Create a new email, to specify which email should be sent. If you want to send more emails one after the other, click Add email.

  3. Click on the slider at the top right so that it changes from inactive to active and your automation is activated.

TAG based start

→ Trigger newsletters based on tags and react individually to the behavior of your recipients.

The TAG-based start always triggers when your specific TAG is added to the receiver is added automatically or manually.

  1. Click Edit to specify at which TAG the automation should trigger. TAG should trigger the automation.

  2. Click on Edit time to specify after how much waiting time the email should be sent. You can choose between hours and days.
  3. Click on Select a prepared email or Create a new email, to specify which email should be sent. If you want to send more emails one after the other, click Add email.

  4. Click on the slider at the top right so that it changes from inactive to active and your automation is activated.

Switch mode

Any simple automation can be switched to the advanced workflow so you have full so that you have full editing freedom.
Please note that this cannot be undone.
Click on the Advanced workflow button in the top right-hand corner.
