URL Import in THEA Automation

The URL import in THEA allows you to quickly and efficiently integrate content from an external source directly into your email campaigns - an ideal solution for integrating dynamic and up-to-date content without much effort. This is how it works:

• in the simple automation chain
• in the extended workflow

In the simple automation chain

1. To import the entire content of an email from a URL in THEA, click on Create new email.
   
   
   
2. Click on URL Import.
   
   
3. Fill in the URL from which the template should be loaded and click on Create to confirm the entry.
   
   

In the extended workflow

1. To import the contents of an email completely from a URL in an automation click on the pencil icon above the email: 
   

2. Click on Create new email.
   
   
   

3. Click on URL-Import.
   
   

4. Fill in which URL the template should be loaded from and click Create, to confirm the entry.
