Newsletter Editor: Image Editing with the Image Editor

With our image editor integrated into the newsletter editor, you can optimize your graphics directly within our system without having to use external graphics programs. 
There are two ways to open the editor:

Image Editor in the Image Manager

  1. Click on Emails in the menu on the left and select the Images tab.
  2. Here you will find our Image Manager, where you can upload images or organize existing ones .
  3. Click the pencil icon next to an image (appears when you hover over it with the mouse) to open the image editor:

Image Editor within the Newsletter Editor

  1. In the newsletter editor, click on an existing image or insert a new image
  2. On the right side of the Settings under Current Image you will see a placeholder image thumbnail. Click on this to open the Image Manager 

  3. Here you can upload images or sort existing images.
  4. Click the pencil icon next to an image (appears when you hover over it) to open the image editor:

  5. On the left, you will find the image editing functions. If not all functions are available, it is because you need a higher plan (→ Book this via the Unlock All Editor Tools button).

Basic features for all plans 

Function Description
Crop Adjust the image's cropping by dragging the black dots in the corners inward
Scale Change the size of your image (width or height in pixels). Use the lock (closed) to keep the aspect ratio the same even after resizing. 

Advanced Image Editing (Prepaid, Pro, & Enterprise plans only)

Customers on our higher-tier plans benefit from an advanced toolkit for professional design:

Function Description
Filter Give your images a special mood with predefined looks.
Fine-tuning Manual correction of brightness, contrast, saturation, and exposure etc.
Annotate Add markers, text, rectangles, arrows, and much more to your image. You can adjust the color and width.
Frames Give your images the perfect finishing touch with various frame styles. 
Edit Allows you to blur selectable areas of the image.
