How can I change my billing address?

The generated invoices are always sent by e-mail to the address registered in your account. However, you can also enter an alternative address, as explained in the following article:

View data stored in the account

  1. Log in to your CleverReach account and open your profile data via the icon at the top right.

  2. Click on My account > Settings > My data.

  3. You can view the address stored in your account here.
    If you want to change your data, click on the orange Save button.

Alternative billing address

  1. If you would like to use an alternative billing address, you can view this under My Account > Billing > Billing address.

  2. If required, you can simply enter different data in the respective fields. The invoices are sent by e-mail (both to the e-mail address from the account data and to the address of the alternative invoice recipient).

If you are subject to a VAT exemption, make sure that you enter the relevant country and your VAT ID.
