The generated invoices are always sent by e-mail to the address registered in your account. However, you can also enter an alternative address, as explained in the following article:
View data stored in the account

Log in to your CleverReach account and open your profile data via the icon at the top right.

Click on My account > Settings > My data.
- You can view the address stored in your account here.
If you want to change your data, click on the orange Save button.
Alternative billing address
- If you would like to use an alternative billing address, you can view this under My Account > Billing > Billing address.
- If required, you can simply enter different data in the respective fields. The invoices are sent by e-mail (both to the e-mail address from the account data and to the address of the alternative invoice recipient).
If you are subject to a VAT exemption, make sure that you enter the relevant country and your VAT ID.
