What is the additional quota?

If you have used up your maximum email volume (this only applies to volume plans) and don't want to switch to another price plan, you can manually add more volume to your account at any time to have additional quota. Go to your account and click on[My Account] > [Billing] > [Plans & Prices]. There you can select the volume you need.

Please note:
If you have quota from your price plan as well as a Flex plan, we always start using the quota from your regular plan. Only if this is used up will CleverReach access your additional Flex quota!
