The new reporting gives you a more comprehensive and flexible overview of the performance of your mailings. We have optimized the reporting so that you can decide for yourself which key figures should be displayed where on the reports page.

You will find the new reporting in the menu under Reports (after activation):
→The new reporting will not be displayed for your older email campaigns (these have the Legacy label) and will continue to contain the display of the old reporting:
Activation/deactivation
The new reporting is currently not automatically active. If you would like to use it, you can activate it via Experimental Functions (CleverReach Labs):
- In your CleverReach account, click on your profile icon in the top right-hand corner and on Experimental Features in the drop-down menu.
- Click on the Activate/deactivate button next to New reporting.
Note: If you activate the new reporting and create mailings during this time, these mailings will continue to be displayed in the new design if you later deactivate the new reporting again. The design used during the activation period therefore remains in place for mailings that have already been created.
Customization of the widgets
By clicking on the Customize button in the top right-hand corner you have the possibility to customize all key figures widgets anywhere on the page. This allows you to customize which key figures should be at the top and which should be next to each other:
It is also possible to set to change the size of the widgets. Click in the widget at the top right on one of the three display options:
Compare reports with each other
How to use the comparison function to analyze your reports directly next to each other analyze them side by side:
- In the menu on the left, click on Reports.
- In the overview, you can select a mailing under Email reports that you would like to you would like to include in your comparison.
- Click on the three dots --- next to the mailing and select Compare reports.
- A new window opens in which two reports are listed next to each other.
You have the option of selecting the other report on the right via a drop-down menu select the other reporting on the right: - To change your selection, click on the left or right report on the trash can icon. A drop-down menu will then appear again of your existing reports from which you can choose.
