How easy is the switch?

Moving to us takes just three simple steps:

Important note: When importing your contact lists, make sure that all addresses have valid and documented consent (e.g., via double opt-in).

1. Exporting and importing recipients: Export your contact lists from your old provider as a CSV file and easily upload them to CleverReach.

     1. In your Brevo dashboard, navigate to the left-hand menu and select the Contacts tab.
     2. In the top-left corner, check the box , to select all contacts in the current view. Then click the “Select All [Number] Contacts” button to select the entire list.
     3. Click the More Actions button and select Export.
     4. In the pop-up window, select the CSV format and specify which attributes (e.g., first name, last name) should be exported. Confirm the export. You will receive the file shortly thereafter in the download area or via email.

     1. In the main menu on the left side, click Contacts, and then click Lists.
     2. Open the list you want to export, or click “All Contacts.”
     3. Click the Export button in the upper-right corner.
     4. Enter a name for the export and click Start Export. Under Contacts Exports, you can then download the completed CSV file.
