General settings
You can edit the customer data, domain settings and the respective account status of your users. To do this, open the customer management in your account by clicking on the Agency menu item on the left. Select one of your customers from.
If you would like to delete a customer account, please contact our Support.
Account status
Under the Settings tab, you can adjust the account status customize. The following options are available:
| Active | Account can be used without restrictions |
|---|---|
| No sending possible | The customer cannot send emails |
| No login possible | The customer can no longer log in |
| Completely blocked | The account is completely blocked and links in the respective mailings are deactivated |
Available templates
Under Available templates, you can specify whether the customer can can access the templates and elements stored in the system or whether only your templates and elements should be displayed.
Flexible billing
You can set the billing method individually for each customer. The following billing methods are available to you:
1. the customer pays himself (billing by CleverReach)
All billing takes place between the customer and CleverReach. We take over the complete invoicing and payment processing for you.
You receive a commission for all payments made by your customers, which we transfer to you on the 15th of each month. You or your customer can book a tariff independently in the respective account.
2. I pay (your main account will be debited)
- Unlimited shipping: The customer can order unlimited send unlimited emails based on your Flex quota or volume plan. All actions performed by the customer will be deducted from your quota or billed retroactively to the 15th of the following month in accordance with the current Flex prices if your account does not have a quota.

Limited shipping: The customer receives a monthly quota of your choice, which will be deducted from your monthly or Flex quota.

3. I accept invoices (All invoices are on you)
Billing takes place between you or your multi-account and CleverReach takes place. To do this, store your payment information in your multi-account, before you or your customer books a tariff for the respective account. With this payment method, only your payment details are used. You will not receive no monthly commission from us. Instead, we charge you all prices less a multi-account discount in the same amount as the commission that would otherwise be payable commission (usually 20%). More about this under: Commission Important: If this option option is selected, we will charge you for all of your customer's transactions. Submit quota
You can buy a large contingent in the main account and distribute it to sub-accounts using the distribute it to sub-accounts;
You can set the respective billing method individually for your customers by going to Agency >Customer management clicking on the click on the respective customer and select the Billing tab;
