Create any number of user profiles for the employees and colleagues of your agency and colleagues of your agency, the company, the branches or your customers who should be able to manage user accounts.
You can use rights management to set the access rights of individual users. How to find the settings:

Open the customer management in your agency account by clicking on Agency and in the overview on the customer account for which you want to set the rights.

Click on the User tab below the customer name. Click on the three dots to the right of the desired user --- > Edit user.
. - In the pop-up window, select the Rights management tab. Here you can now define which options the user should have.
