Change password

Changing your password is one way to improve the security of your CleverReach account and protect your personal data and account information.

Note: Use a password with at least 8 letters (including one capital letter) and at least one number, to increase the protection of your data.

In this article, we will show you how you can easily change your password:

Reset and change password

  1. Call up the login on our website and click on Forgot your password?.

  2. Enter your customer number on the next page, your email address stored in your account and the characters of the captcha test. Click on Create new password.

  3. You will now receive an email with a confirmation link. By clicking on this link you will be redirected to the corresponding website. Enter a new password here and click on Save password. This completes your password change.

Change password within the account

  1. Click on the profile icon on the left and on My user profile.

  2. A pop-up window appears with your user profile. Fill in the two password fields here and then click on Save.


Enable/disable and customize password rules

Within your account, you have the option of setting password rules for all your user logins. Here's how you can set them:

  1. Click on the profile icon on the left and on My account.


  2. Select the tab Settings and click on Privacy policy.


  3. Further down you will find the item Password rules. Here you can set the minimum length and decide whether Uppercase letters, numbers and special characters should be required for the password. Activate the slider on the right to On and click on the Save button. click on the Save button.
