New authentication when submitting support requests (starting March 24, 2026)

Note: To increase the security of our support channels and protect you and our systems from malicious activity, our system provider Zendesk is introducing an important security measure :

As of March 24, 2026 requests from unregistered (anonymous) users will require a one-time email verification.

What will change for you?

If you submit a request via our Help Center form, Usersnap, or Cleo (chat) while you are not logged into your CleverReach account, the following procedure applies:

  • Verification step: After submitting your request, you will receive an automatic email with a confirmation link.

  • Ticket activation: Only when you click on this link will your request be activated in our system and forwarded to our support experts.

  • Important note: Until verification is complete, the ticket will remain in Paused status. During this time, you will not receive a confirmation of receipt and we will not be able to see or process your request.

Why are we introducing this change?

Recently, there has been an increase in cases of abuse, with automated bots sending large numbers of unwanted tickets and spam emails via web forms . Mandatory verification ensures that behind every request there is a real person with a valid email address.
This protects our infrastructure and ensures that our team can focus entirely on your genuine concerns.
