Secure login with PIN code

In this article, we explain step-by-step how to add an additional authentication method to your account:

Activate PIN code

  1. Log in to your CleverReach account and click on the user icon > My account in the top right-hand corner.

  2. Click on Settings > Privacy policy in the menu bar.

  3. Scroll down to Login, secure with PIN code and click on the button on the right to activate the function. Then click on Save.

  4. The next time you log in, you will be asked for a PIN code, which will be sent to the e-mail address stored in your account.

Deactivate PIN code

To deactivate, you can simply click on the button again (the slider goes back to Off) and save.
