Change sender information in forms

In CleverReach, you can also change the sender information for your DOI emails (double opt-in) at a later date. There are two different ways to do this, depending on whether you are using an old form or our new beta forms. This is how it works:

Change information in old forms

  1. Log in to your CleverReach account log in.

  2. Click on Forms in the menu on the left and select the right-hand form tab.

  3. Open the form where you want to customize information.

  4. Click on Content > Opt-in email  

  5. Here you can enter Sender name and E-mail to customize your address. To finish, click on Save.

Change information in forms (beta)

  1. Log in to your CleverReach account log in.

  2. Click on Forms in the menu on the left and select the left tab Forms (Beta).

  3. Open the form where you want to customize information:

  4. Click Next at the top right of the editor to go to the overview.


  5. Scroll down a bit and click Edit at Process and steps at Step 3 below Opt-in email.


  6. You will be taken to the editor. Click on the cogwheel on the right and adjust your address information. Finally, click Continue at the top right.
