When navigating to [Reports] you can find the reports for each of your email deliveries. The report shows you all bounces that have been reported back. The bounces are colored blue.
It may happen that you also see active recipients (highlighted in green) in this list. They were not blocked permanently, they are so-called soft bounces. Your email couldn’t be delivered this time, but the email address is generally available for your next newsletter and can directly be contacted.
