This article is aimed at agencies that want to control the use of our new newsletter editor of our new Newsletter Editor and Classic Editor for their subaccounts.
From 1 September 2024, the new newsletter editor will be automatically activated for all subaccounts.
Would you like to offer your subaccounts more flexibility when creating newsletters?
In this article, you will learn how to activate the new editor in CleverReach:
-
Log in with your CleverReach agency account.
-
Click on Agency in the menu on the left to go to customer management. Here, click on the subaccount for which you want to change the settings.
- Open the Settings tab in the overview.
- Under Available templates, you have the option of activating the New editor.
This activates it for all your subaccounts. If you also activate Fallback old editor, the subaccounts can choose between the old and the new editor.
Further information on activating/deactivating the various functions can be found in the article Activating and deactivating functions for your subaccounts.
The Classic Editor is technically no longer being developed. We recommend that you activate the New Editor for your subaccounts. This is constantly being developed, is easier to use and offers many helpful and useful functions.
If you have many subaccounts, please contact our Service Team for a collective activation.
If your subaccounts use old templates, these can also be transferred to the new editor; you can find all the information on this in the article Storing your own HTML template in the account.
