FAQ: Does CleverReach support webhooks?

Yes – CleverReach offers the use of webhooks in combination with our REST API and an OAuth app .

Proceed as follows:

• Enabling developer mode
• Enable the use of webhooks

Enabling developer mode

1. Log in to your CleverReach account.
2. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner and select My User Profile.
   
   
3. Here you can view your user data. At the very bottom, you will find the REST API access, which you should activate (if necessary). Below that, you will find the checkbox User is a developer. 
   Activate this and then click Save.
   
   

4. Now there is a new </> icon next to your profile icon at the top.
   
   

   When you click on it, you’ll see additional helpful links related to the development of our product. There you’ll find the following sections:

• REST API Documentation
• REST API Explorer
• Webhook Documentation
• OAuth App Management
• Overview of our integrations

Enable Webhooks

1. Click the </>icon to select Manage OAuth Apps. 
   Here, you can use the orange button on the right to create a new OAuth2 app or, if one already exists, click Edit.
   
   
2. Under Scopes, check the box next to Webhook and click Save.
