My credit card payment was declined

If the deposit of the credit card data could not be successfully completed this may have the following causes:

  • The credit card does not have sufficient funds
  • The 3D Secure procedure is not activated for the credit card
  • This is a digital credit card that has not been activated for such payments

Please contact your credit card issuer or bank directly in this regard.

You can update your credit card here, alternatively you can select a different payment method here:

  1. Click on the profile icon at the top right on My account

  2. Under Tariffs & billing, select the Payment method.


If you still have outstanding invoices in your account, you can trigger the payment again here:

  1. Click on the profile icon at the top right on My account.

  2. Under billing, select the Invoices.

  3. Click on Pay at the top right. The payment process starts.
