CleverReach allows you to search for specific recipients within your groups.
It is possible to differentiate between group-related and cross-group searches, as explained in the following article:
Group-related search
You can search for all saved information within your selected recipient group. For example, you can search explicitly by first name, surname or email address. If you first simply enter the search term in the search field, a full text search is performed within the standard fields (e.g. e-mail address, first name and surname). Start your search by clicking on the magnifying glass symbol.
-
In your account, select a recipient list from the menu on the left under Recipients. Start your Search by clicking on the magnifying glass symbol.
-
You can also use the advanced search to search in specific data fields. To do this, click on the advanced search and select the desired field. You can also search through created segments. As this is a full-text search, you do not need placeholders.
Entries found can be downloaded directly as a CSV file using the export symbol. Please note that this full-text search is only available for groups with less than 50,000 recipients.
Cross-group search
You can also search across groups, but you can only search for the e-mail address (without wildcards).
-
In your account, select Recipients from the menu on the left. Enter the desired e-mail address in the search field and click on the magnifying glass symbol.
-
The search results are displayed in a separate window, sorted according to the group in which the recipient is located:
