The automatic live synchronization (every 5 seconds) of your recipients can slow down your store system or impair performance due to large amounts of data. In this case, we recommend adjusting the data transfer and synchronization interval.
Note: The default is always set to Immediately to ensure live synchronization between your system and CleverReach.
How to change the settings in the following store systems:
-
-
Log in to your Shopify account.
-
Click on the CleverReach app in the menu on the left (or install it in the App Store).
-
Select the Settings tab. Here you will find the synchronization settings right at the top.
-
You can select which additional data should be transferred(purchase customers, other contacts and order data) and change the interval.
The Immediately setting means that the data is synchronized continuously in the background. -
Adjusting to minutes, hours, a fixed daily time or a user-defined number of minutes (between 1 and 1440 minutes) can improve the performance of your store. For example, you can have the synchronization performed at night:
- Click on the Save button at the top right to save your changed settings.
-
-
- Log in to your Magento account.
