When creating an e-mail you can define whether openings should be tracked or not. If tracking is enabled a small transparent image will be placed in your e-mail. A recipient loading this image will count as an opening.
The number of recipients who have opened the e-mail (loaded the images) at least once.
The amount of all (single or double) openings per e-mail.
