E-mails with attachments are more likely to be classified as spam. To achieve a higher rate of delivered mail, we don't support attachments.
An alternative method is making your file available on a web server and include a link to that file in your mail.

This way the spam probability will be minimized and we offer detailed statistics (how often and by whom has your file been downloaded) in Reports.
